Questions
Answers before the call.
How long does a site take?
Most marketing sites go live in three to five weeks. A first product version takes six to ten. We give you a date after the discovery call.
Fixed price or hourly?
Fixed scope, fixed price. If the scope changes, we tell you before we build it, not after.
Do we own the code?
Yes. You get the repo, the design files and the accounts. No lock-in.
Who does the work?
The people you meet on the call design and write the code. We do not hand your project to a team you have not met.
Do you work outside London?
Yes. We are based in London and work with clients across the UK and remotely.
What do you need from us to start?
A goal, a rough budget, and one person who can make decisions. We handle the rest.
Can you just fix or extend what we have?
Often, yes. We review the code first and tell you honestly if a rebuild is cheaper.
How much does a website cost for a small business?
Most small business sites start from £4,000 and take three to five weeks. The order form on this site gives an exact estimate before you talk to us.
Do you build websites for restaurants and cafes?
Yes. Menus that load fast, booking that works on a phone, and a Google listing that matches, are one of the most common builds we do.
Notes
All posts →Small on purpose. The person who designs it ships it.
London
TheCreativeX is a builder studio, not an agency deck. You talk to the people writing the code, and you get working software on a date we agree.
